The Beer Festival in Tronzano Vercellese is one of the most popular summer events in this municipality, located in the heart of Piedmont's rice-growing plains. Born from the initiative of the Nuovo Fiaschetto association—a historic local group—and organized with the support of the local Pro Loco, the festival attracts thousands of visitors every year from neighboring towns and across the Vercelli region.

Where it takes place: Area Fontana

The heart of the event is Area Fontana, the equipped venue located along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, just a short walk from the center of Tronzano. To ensure the festival runs safely, a section of Via Vittorio Emanuele is closed to traffic during the evenings, and public transport line 95 (Trino–Crescentino–Tronzano–Verrone–Massazza) is temporarily diverted—a testament to how deeply rooted this event is in the town's life.

Beer, Grills, and Cuisine

The undisputed star is, of course, the beer, served on tap alongside a selection of craft labels. Food stalls open every evening from 7:00 PM, offering grilled meats, barbecue specialties, and traditional Piedmontese dishes, all to be enjoyed at large outdoor tables in a convivial and informal atmosphere.

Live Music and Entertainment

Every evening is brought to life by live rock music, with bands and groups taking turns on stage to keep the crowd dancing until late. Over the years, the program has expanded to include fashion shows, themed nights, special events like the historic Mini Rock Marathon, and moments dedicated to families and children, confirming the festival's status as an event for all ages.
