Twelve hours of electronic and urban music at Parco del Cillarese in Brindisi
The BAMS Festival—standing for Brindisi Arte, Musica & Spettacolo—is one of the most vibrant events in the Adriatic city's electronic and urban scene. Originally conceived as a day for student art and creativity, the event has grown into a true celebration of youth music, organized by the Creative Deejay Academy and Stanisci Events in collaboration with the Provincial Student Council of Brindisi and several local high schools.
The heart of the festival is Parco del Cillarese, the large green lung on the outskirts of Brindisi, which transforms into an open-air gathering for an entire day. The format is simple yet effective: twelve hours of non-stop music, from 9 a.m. to midnight, with DJ sets following one another without pause on a single large stage. Surrounding the console are food & drink areas and spacious chill-out zones, allowing the audience to spend the entire day immersed in nature.
The philosophy of BAMS is to provide a showcase for emerging talents from the Apulian region—DJs, producers, and performers who often find their first major stage here—while pairing them with nationally and internationally acclaimed artists. The result is a diverse line-up that blends electronic music, house, techno, and urban sounds, appealing to both the youngest crowds and clubbing enthusiasts.
One of the festival's hallmarks is its free admission: a deliberate choice that makes it a truly popular event accessible to everyone. For an entire day, Parco del Cillarese becomes the meeting point for the youth of Brindisi and the surrounding province, in an event that combines music, social interaction, and the enhancement of the Apulian city's urban spaces.
Facing the Adriatic and always a crossroads of cultures, Brindisi hosts BAMS Festival as one of its most iconic musical events. The festival helps enliven the city's spring season, bringing thousands of participants to Parco del Cillarese and confirming the vitality of the creative youth scene in Salento and throughout Puglia.
For the 2026 edition, Parco del Cillarese hosted another day of twelve hours of free electronic and urban music. From morning until midnight, over twenty DJs, producers, and performers took the stage, mostly representing the youth scene of Brindisi and Puglia, with the addition of a secret guest announced as a surprise. Surrounding the console, food & drink areas and chill-out zones accompanied the audience throughout the day.
Twelve hours of non-stop music, from 09:00 until midnight, on a single large stage immersed in the park's greenery.
