The Autumn Festival is the event where the Pro Loco Mezzocorona bids farewell to the summer season and celebrates the fruits of autumn in the municipality of Mezzocorona, in the province of Trento, nestled in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana in Trentino-Alto Adige. For an entire Sunday in October, the central Piazza della Chiesa transforms into a large open-air celebration, filled with flavor, music, and entertainment for all ages.

Polenta, sausages, and local flavors

The undisputed star of the day is the lunch featuring polenta and sausages, prepared by Pro Loco volunteers and certified gluten-free, making it accessible to those with celiac disease. Surrounding the lunch is a culinary journey through stalls showcasing local products, where you can sample regional specialties and take your favorites home. The Piana Rotaliana is a land dedicated to viticulture and the home of Teroldego Rotaliano, the signature wine of Mezzocorona: autumn is the perfect season to discover the genuine flavors of this corner of Trentino.

Live music and entertainment

The afternoon is enlivened by live music: over the years, bands such as We Cover You and the Suitols Band have taken the stage, providing the soundtrack to the day. The atmosphere remains cheerful and family-friendly from morning until late afternoon, as visitors stroll through the stalls, enjoy lunch, and stay for the concert.

A simple and authentic event that attracts residents and visitors from the Piana Rotaliana and the rest of Trentino-Alto Adige.
