About ArtParma Fair

ArtParma Fair is the major exhibition and market for Modern and Contemporary Art that brings over 80 galleries from all over Italy to Parma. Set up in Pavilion 7 of the exhibition center, running concurrently with Mercanteinfiera, it offers a comprehensive overview of 20th-century art movements and the latest trends, from the paintings of historical masters to street art and pop surrealism. An event designed for collectors, enthusiasts, and the curious, with the C.A.T.S. section dedicated to young talents and more accessible works.

ArtParma Fair, art on display in Parma

Twice a year, the Parma exhibition center transforms into a large exhibition space dedicated to art: ArtParma Fair is the exhibition and market for Modern and Contemporary Art that brings together over 80 galleries from all over Italy in Pavilion 7 of Fiere di Parma. The event, organized by NEF Nord Est Fair, takes place concurrently with Mercanteinfiera, one of Europe's most important events dedicated to antiques and vintage items: a unique opportunity to explore centuries of art history and collecting in a single visit.

A journey through 20th-century movements

The exhibition route of ArtParma Fair offers an analytical overview of the most influential and emerging art movements: from Futurism to Abstractionism, from Metaphysical Art to Pop Art, from Informal Art to Conceptual Art, up to the latest trends in street art and pop surrealism. Among the works presented by the galleries are pieces by great masters of the last century, such as Giorgio de Chirico, Mimmo Rotella, and Lucio Fontana, alongside the work of contemporary and new-generation artists.

C.A.T.S. — the space for new talents

The heart of the offering dedicated to new generations is the Contemporary Art Talent Show (C.A.T.S.), the section that highlights emerging artists, young galleries, associations, and collectives. Here, art becomes more accessible, with works offered at prices under 5,000 euros: a concrete opportunity to approach collecting, even for those taking their first steps.

Parma, city of art and fairs

ArtParma Fair is held in the municipality of Parma, in the province of Parma, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. The city, recognized as the Italian Capital of Culture and known for its artistic, gastronomic, and musical heritage, offers the ideal setting for an event that combines art market, education, and interaction between the public, collectors, and industry experts. The twice-yearly editions, in spring and autumn, confirm the fair's role in the Italian modern and contemporary art scene.

ArtParma Fair — edition 2026

The 22nd edition of ArtParma Fair took place in Pavilion 7 of Fiere di Parma over two weekends, March 7-8 and March 13-14-15, 2026, concurrently with Mercanteinfiera Spring. Over 80 galleries from across Italy presented modern and contemporary art, from 20th-century masters to the latest trends.
