A festival born from the ground up in Amelia
In Amelia, a town in the province of Terni in southern Umbria, ArtFall Festival has been the summer event since 2013 that brings independent music to the heart of the historic center. The setting is the evocative Piazza Unità d'Italia, enclosed by the famous polygonal walls that make Amelia one of the oldest towns in Umbria.
New music, two stages, free entry
ArtFall focuses on avant-garde music: for four evenings, the two stages – Main stage and Biancafarina stage – host a range of genres from rap to folk, from electronic to funk, alternating emerging artists and famous names. Entry is free and the event has always maintained its non-profit nature, built by the work of a network of volunteers.
Not just concerts
Alongside music, the festival dedicates space to visual arts with photographic exhibitions and live painting sessions, craft markets with local products, workshops, and initiatives for children. Over the years, the program has also been enriched with proposals such as the literary competition 'I manoscritti non bruciano' (Manuscripts don't burn), a sign of an event that sees itself as an opportunity for cultural and community growth for Amelia and for all of southern Umbria.
ArtFall Festival — edition 2026
For 2026, ArtFall Festival is expected in Amelia on the usual long weekend at the end of August, following the 2025 edition (August 21-24). The free, non-profit event will again feature four days of independent music on the two stages of Piazza Unità d'Italia, in the town's historic center.
As per tradition, alongside the concerts, there will be photographic exhibitions, live painting, craft markets, and activities for children. The 2026 lineup and definitive dates have not yet been announced by the organizers at the time of writing this description.

The 2026 program will follow the festival's established structure: four evenings of concerts on two stages (Main stage and Biancafarina stage) in Piazza Unità d'Italia, with a range of genres from rap to folk, from electronic to funk, alongside photographic exhibitions, live painting, markets, and activities for children.
