Arena in Massa is the summer film festival that annually transforms the garden of the "Adolfo Bonvicini" Fruitgrowing Museum, at via Amendola 40, into an open-air arena. Promoted by the Municipality of Massa Lombarda, in the province of Ravenna, the festival brings the big screen outdoors to the heart of Bassa Romagna throughout the summer.

Dates and times for the 2026 edition

The 2026 edition runs from July 2 to August 23, with evening screenings accompanying residents and visitors for almost two months. The program includes eleven films spread over twenty-two evenings, with each title offered on multiple dates to give everyone the chance not to miss out. Screenings are held on summer evenings, when the museum garden fills with chairs and audiences of all ages.

The dinner and cinema package

One of Arena in Massa's distinctive features is the "dinner and cinema" package: those who wish can combine watching the film with dinner at partner restaurants, thus enjoying a complete evening that combines taste and entertainment.
