The winter music series at the GOS Auditorium in Barletta
In the heart of the cold season, when summer festivals give way to indoor events, the GOS – Giovani Open Space Auditorium in Barletta becomes the stage for the ApuliaSuona Festival – Winter Edition. Curated by the cultural association Beathoven APS, the series offers a sequence of Sunday concerts designed to highlight the vitality of the contemporary music scene, with a special focus on Apulian artists and original projects.
The winter edition unfolds as a true sonic itinerary: from introspective singer-songwriter performances to the power of alternative rock, and from global Afro-tropical vibrations to the intimate, narrative dimension of instrumental music. Each Sunday features a different project, all connected by the desire to give voice to experimental music, far from mainstream commercial circuits and close to the audience.
The intimate format of the GOS Auditorium, located on Viale Marconi, allows for close-up listening and direct dialogue between artists and spectators, with doors opening at 6:00 PM and shows starting at 6:30 PM.
The festival is the result of the work of Beathoven APS, an association in Barletta that promotes live music as a tool for cultural growth and community building. Through ApuliaSuona, the association provides a space for local emerging artists and connects singer-songwriters, jazz, world music, and experimental acts, helping to enliven the city's cultural life even during the winter months.
