High-end mixology arrives in the Dolomites

The Alta Badia Cocktail Week is one of the most original culinary and beverage events of the South Tyrolean winter. For an entire week in mid-January, the Alta Badia valley transforms into a widespread stage dedicated to the art of the cocktail. The format is simple yet captivating: eight nights, eight venues, and eight distinct interpretations of the local landscape expressed through drinks. Each evening, a local bar or hotel hosts a prestigious guest bartender who creates a pair of signature drinks—one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic—inspired by the mountains, the seasons, and the traditions of the Dolomites.

The two evenings in Corvara

As part of the itinerant journey through the villages of Alta Badia (La Villa, Colfosco, Badia, and Corvara), the Municipality of Corvara in Badia, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites in the province of Bolzano, hosts the final two nights of the event:

• Bistrot at Hotel La Perla (Str. Col Alt 105, Corvara) — the seventh evening, dedicated to the seasons and natural aromas of Alta Badia.
• Iceberg Lounge Bar (Str. Col Alt 9, Corvara) — the eighth and final night, a grand finale celebrating local creativity and the elegance of alpine mixology in a contemporary style.

The evenings combine cocktail tastings with live music or DJ sets, set in the intimate and refined atmosphere typical of high-altitude venues.

The event is a key part of the Alta Badia winter season, one of the most renowned Dolomite destinations for skiing and Michelin-starred gastronomy. After a day on the slopes of the Dolomiti Superski area, Alta Badia Cocktail Week offers a unique way to experience après-ski: it is more than just an aperitif; it is a sensory journey into signature mixology, featuring ingredients that evoke the forest, mountain herbs, and local products. The Corvara evenings are organized as part of the event calendar of the Alta Badia Tourist Consortium, which coordinates the entire week in the valley.
