The Alanno Agriculture and Crafts Fair is a cornerstone of the Abruzzo agricultural calendar. Every spring, the town of Alanno—a Roman-era village perched at 307 meters above sea level and a vital agricultural center in the Pescara Valley—transforms into a grand showcase for rural life, traditional crafts, and local excellence. Now in its 44th edition in 2026, the event is organized by the Municipality of Alanno in partnership with the "P. Cuppari" Agricultural Technical Institute and the Fair Committee, fostering a unique synergy between education, industry, and the local community.

What to expect at the fair

The event unfolds throughout the historic center and near the Agricultural Institute campus, centered around Piazza Trieste and the town's main streets. The program covers the entire agricultural and artisanal supply chain of the Pescara province and the Abruzzo region:
