"Ewulebi" is the term used in Titzschu, the ancient language spoken by the Walser community of Alagna, to identify yarrow: a plant symbolic of alpine meadows, known since ancient times for its aromatic and medicinal properties and still used today in the production of artisanal grappas and spirits. The event pays homage to this ancient knowledge and the deep bond between mountain dwellers and their flora.
