A Tavola con il Tarassaco di Conco De.Co. is the spring food and wine review of Conco, a hamlet of the municipality of Lusiana Conco on the Asiago Plateau, in the province of Vicenza. The star is dandelion, the wild herb (the 'lion's tooth') recognized as a De.Co. product (Communal Designation) of Conco.

A widespread review

For about two months, from late March to late May, the restaurants, trattorias, and osterias of Conco and its surroundings offer complete menus that reinterpret dandelion in a creative way, from appetizer to dessert: among the participating venues are Trattoria Fontanella, Ristorante Campomezzavia, Osteria Sciessere, Trattoria Locanda alla Rosa, and Ristorante Milleluci, among others.

Not just food

The review is enriched by a calendar of side events: guided excursions in the Valle dei Mulini, the Dandelion Fair, seed and herbal product exchange, book presentations, and botanical walks to discover edible wild herbs. The initiative is coordinated by the Municipality of Lusiana Conco together with local restaurateurs and associations.

For two months, restaurants, trattorias, and osterias in the area offered complete menus dedicated to dandelion, combined with excursions in the Valle dei Mulini, the Dandelion Fair, seed exchange, and botanical walks.

The 2026 edition, the 19th, of the A Tavola con il Tarassaco di Conco De.Co. review was held from March 27 to May 31, 2026, with the opening evening on March 27 in the 'Don Italo Girardi' Hall in Conco.

For about two months, the participating venues — including Trattoria Fontanella, Ristorante Campomezzavia, Osteria Sciessere, Macelleria Conco, Trattoria Locanda Pizzeria alla Rosa, Bar Pasticceria Cortese, Ristorante Milleluci, Trattoria al Tornante, and Ristorante Pizzeria da Maino — offered seasonal menus with dandelion as the star ingredient.
