A Tavola con il Tarassaco di Conco De.Co.

The 2026 edition, the 19th, of the A Tavola con il Tarassaco di Conco De.Co. review was held from March 27 to May 31, 2026, with the opening evening on March 27 in the 'Don Italo Girardi' Hall in Conco.

For about two months, the participating venues — including Trattoria Fontanella, Ristorante Campomezzavia, Osteria Sciessere, Macelleria Conco, Trattoria Locanda Pizzeria alla Rosa, Bar Pasticceria Cortese, Ristorante Milleluci, Trattoria al Tornante, and Ristorante Pizzeria da Maino — offered seasonal menus with dandelion as the star ingredient. The schedule also included guided excursions in the Valle dei Mulini, the Dandelion Fair, the 'Poppalan' seed exchange, book presentations, and botanical walks.

How to get there

Conco is a hamlet of Lusiana Conco, on the Asiago Plateau, reachable by car from the SP72. The menus are enjoyed in the participating restaurants and osterias.
