The project reorganizes the stalls into two blocks, reduces the number of units to approximately 92, and introduces a green roof for rainwater management and sound insulation, a refreshment area on the south side, and upgraded facilities. The administration's stated ambition is to transform the area into a vibrant and recognizable commercial hub, inspired by the atmosphere of London's Camden Town, while preserving the popular, vintage soul that makes Via Sannio unique. During construction, vendors continue their activities in temporary locations along the street.
