Casenuove Dumpling Festival — edition 2026
The 33rd edition of the Umbria Dumplings and Typical Products Festival returns to Casenuove di Ponte della Pietra (Perugia) from June 19 to 28, 2026. As every year, handmade dumplings are the stars: served with goose sauce, ragù, 'alla norcina', truffle, and pesto, up to creative and seasonal proposals that vary each evening, also available in a tasting trio. Alongside the dumplings, roast goose, lamb offal, grilled meat, and 'torta al testo'. You can order online to skip the queue.
