The great gathering of Friulian pop culture

Udine Comics & Games is the fair that brings together fans of comics, manga, anime, video games, and cosplay from Friuli Venezia Giulia. Now in its 5th edition, it takes place at Campus Friuli – Udine Exhibition Centre, in the municipality of Martignacco on the outskirts of the regional capital, transforming the exhibition halls into a colourful universe of stands, meetings, and shows.

Two days of comics and entertainment

The program alternates moments dedicated to drawing and comic enthusiasts – with the Artist Alley, the self-production area, and live illustrations – with a rich schedule of shows. Voice actors, anime theme song singers, and special guests take turns on stage, in a mix designed for a wide audience of all ages. Among the guests in recent editions were famous Italian voice actors and performers of theme songs and tracks related to the world of animation.

Gaming, cosplay, and community

Ample space is dedicated to gaming, with a pavilion hosting arcades, video games, and role-playing games, and to community gatherings: anime fan meetups, K-pop gatherings, and meet & greets with guests. The most anticipated moment is the cosplay competition, where participants parade and compete with their most elaborate costumes.

An event on the outskirts of Udine

Organized within the exhibition centre in Martignacco, Udine Comics & Games is easily accessible and has ample parking, making it ideal for a full-day outing. It has become one of the most beloved winter events for young people in the area and for lovers of pop culture, offering shopping, shows, and a festive atmosphere.
