Bavaria arrives in Remanzacco

When autumn arrives, Friuli also gets caught up in the spirit of the most famous beer festival in the world. The Oktoberfest Remanzacco recreates the authentic Bavarian atmosphere in the event area along the state road 54 in the municipality of Remanzacco (UD): long tables, steins, music, and that contagious atmosphere of joy that made the Munich model famous. Over two September weekends, thousands of people gather to toast and enjoy themselves.

Beers and German cuisine

The absolute star is, of course, beer, with a curated selection of labels served on tap in the classic one-liter stein. Accompanying it is a rich menu of German specialties: roasted pork knuckle, würstel in their various varieties, and fragrant pretzels, as well as other dishes from Central European tradition. A perfect combination of Bavarian taste and Friulian hospitality.

Music and fun

Oktoberfest is not just about food and beer: every evening is enlivened by live music, bands, and entertainment, in true Bavarian style. It is a festival designed for groups of friends, families, and enthusiasts, where conviviality is the true queen. Promoted by Karma and IDEA Horeca Solutions, the event has carved out a permanent place in the autumn event calendar of Friuli Venezia Giulia over the years.
