Four nights of independent, free, and collective music at the Parco dell'Acqua in Rapolano Terme
TVSpenta Dal Vivo is one of the most anticipated musical events of the Tuscan summer, hosted every July at the Parco dell'Acqua in Rapolano Terme, in the heart of the Crete Senesi and just minutes from the Val d'Orcia. Founded in 2009 by the social promotion association of the same name, the festival has built a distinct identity over time: quality independent music, free admission for all nights, and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
The program spans four consecutive nights with a lineup that blends rock, indie, electronic, and singer-songwriter music, alternating between emerging and established Italian names and international artists. Each evening, the main stage hosts multiple concerts, often followed by an aftershow that keeps the party going until late at night. The box office opens at 7:00 PM and concerts typically start between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM, with sunset stages on selected days.
TVSpenta Dal Vivo is about more than just music. Throughout the event, the Parco dell'Acqua comes alive with:
The festival is entirely organized by the Associazione TVSpenta APS, a group founded in Rapolano Terme in 2009 that now boasts over three hundred members, mostly under 35. The organizational machine involves nearly one hundred volunteers each year, in collaboration with the Municipality of Rapolano Terme and a network of local cultural entities. True to its values, TVSpenta Dal Vivo adopts a plastic-free approach, using compostable materials, local products, and maintaining constant attention to its environmental impact.
Included in the summer event calendar of the Province of Siena, TVSpenta Dal Vivo has become a reference point for young audiences in Tuscany and beyond, bringing musical acts to Rapolano Terme that are hard to find elsewhere. The setting of the Parco dell'Acqua, just a stone's throw from the famous Rapolano thermal baths and the rolling hills of the Crete Senesi, makes the experience even more evocative: music, nature, and conviviality in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.
