The engine gathering on the Molise coast
The Tuning Festival of Petacciato Marina, a coastal hamlet of Petacciato in the province of Campobasso, is the major gathering dedicated to the passion for engines and car customization. For two days, the seafront (Via del Mare and Piazzale Guardia Costiera) becomes an open-air village that attracts enthusiasts, families, the curious, and tourists.
Cars, competitions, and car audio
The protagonists are the customized vehicles from various regions, with competitions in tuning, car audio, engine roar tests, and DBDrag, curated by industry players like Exhaust Italia, Car Audio Italia, and Car War. Special awards are also presented—Best Engine, Best Tuning, and Best Audio—during the event.
Music, food, and entertainment
Alongside the exhibition, the festival offers live music and evening concerts, live demonstrations, photo shoots, and the "Talk & Friend" format with interviews of clubs and companies. The food area offers crêpes, sandwiches, arrosticini, ice cream, and cocktails, completing an experience designed not only for enthusiasts but also for those who want to enjoy a different weekend in a summer atmosphere by the Molise sea. Admission is free.
Tuning Festival — edition 2026
The third edition of the Tuning Festival takes place on May 30 and 31, 2026, on the seafront of Petacciato Marina, in Via del Mare and Piazzale Guardia Costiera. Organized by OnlySlow Tuning Club ASD, the event confirms a rich program of engines, competitions, music, and street food, with opening on Saturday afternoon and a full day on Sunday.

2026 Program:
- Saturday, May 30, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM — Village opening, exhibition of custom cars, tuning competitions, car audio, engine roar, and DBDrag (by Exhaust Italia, Car Audio Italia, Car War); in the evening, a musical moment with artists on stage and an evening concert
- Sunday, May 31, from 10:00 AM — Non-stop day of engines and entertainment, live demonstrations, photo shoots, "Talk & Friend" format, and awards ceremony (Best Engine, Best Tuning, Best Audio)
Food area with crêpes, sandwiches, arrosticini, ice cream, and cocktail bar. Commercial stands with DVGarage (main sponsor), MA-FRA Italia, and other industry operators.
