ToCa Village: The Sporting Summer of Castelfiorentino

ToCa Village is the premier summer sporting event in Castelfiorentino, a town in the Valdelsa area within the province of Florence, in the heart of Tuscany. The name is an acronym for Torneo Castellano. Founded in 2018 by three local residents—Lorenzo Pratelli, Alessio Nuraj, and Anuar Zahouani—the event has grown year after year, becoming one of the most anticipated summer highlights, drawing teams and spectators from across the entire district.

Many Disciplines, One Great Celebration

The heart of the event is the 7-a-side football tournament, known as ToCa Football, featuring sixteen teams from the Valdelsa municipalities, including Castelfiorentino, Certaldo, Montaione, Gambassi Terme, Montespertoli, and Poggibonsi. Alongside football, the stadium facilities and adjacent spaces host basketball and beach volleyball tournaments, while recent editions have expanded to include esports competitions. Matches take place under the floodlights of the Riccardo Neri Municipal Stadium every evening starting at 9:00 PM.

More Than Just Sport: Music and Food

ToCa Village is about more than just competition. Throughout the event, a food and beverage area is set up just steps from the pitch, offering a place to enjoy meals and drinks with friends. Evenings are enlivened by music and entertainment, turning the stadium into a hub for the local community and visitors to the Valdelsa region. This unique blend of competition, conviviality, and community is the true hallmark of the event.

A Step Up with the Bomber Cup

In 2026, ToCa Village partnered with the Bomber Cup, the football brand founded by former Italian national team striker Christian Vieri. This collaboration shares the same spirit of community, competition, and fun, elevating the tournament to a broader stage while keeping its deep connection to the local territory and roots intact.

An Event for the Entire Valdelsa

Supported by the Municipality of Castelfiorentino, ToCa Village is now a pillar of the local summer, maximizing the use of municipal sports facilities and attracting hundreds of people every night. With a capacity of about one thousand seats, the stadium becomes the stage for a widespread festival that combines popular sport, entertainment, and a sense of community, cementing Castelfiorentino's status as one of the most vibrant centers of the Tuscan summer.
