Every year, for the Romantic Night of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, the Municipality of Atina, in the province of Frosinone, celebrates love with a day of events that bring its historic center to life. Perched on a hill in the Comino Valley, in southern Lazio, Atina is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and, for the occasion, opens its squares, alleys, and historic palaces to couples, families, and visitors.

An event of the national network of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy

The Romantic Night is an event promoted throughout Italy by the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy Association: on the same evening, over two hundred villages light up with soft lights, music, and atmospheres suspended in time. In Atina, the initiative takes on the colors of the Ciociaria region, featuring local flavors, folk traditions, and the charm of its monuments.

A day of nature, wellness, and culture

The Atina program is not limited to the evening: the day begins with nature walks to discover wild herbs and historical and archaeological tales about ancient Atina. In the afternoon, there is space for wellness moments and outdoor activities, in a journey that gently leads the village toward the evening.
