The Pork Feast takes place every year on the first Sunday of February at 12:30 PM in the municipal hall, carefully organized by the Ronsecco Pro Loco. More than just a festival, it is a community ritual celebrating the time when every local family processed the pig, ensuring nothing was wasted and every part of the animal became precious sustenance for the winter.

The lunch features the most authentic dishes of the local peasant tradition, prepared according to recipes passed down through generations. The table is set with specialties that are rarely found today:

• Salame sotto grasso, preserved using the ancient technique of covering it in lard

Attending the lunch means stepping into the heart of a Carnival that makes generosity its hallmark.

The hall has limited capacity and the event attracts many participants every year, including visitors from neighboring towns in the Vercelli province.
