Sustainable Development Festival – Lecco

The Sustainable Development Festival arrives for the first time in Lecco from May 6th to 22nd, 2026, integrating the city into the national circuit of ASviS, the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development.

The program includes 27 distributed events across the city and region: public meetings, children's workshops, nature excursions, cultural and artistic events, talks on inclusion and disability, and discussions on sustainable food. The initiative is organized by R-Evolution APS with Officina Badoni ATS and the patronage of the Municipality of Lecco, supported by a network of environmental, cultural, and third-sector associations.

May 6 — Inauguration

• Officina Badoni — debate on food policies, followed by an anti-waste aperitif

May 6-22 — Distributed Events

27 appointments spread over almost three weeks between Lecco and the region, featuring:

• Public meetings and talks on environment, social inclusion, and disability
• Workshops and experiences for children
• Nature excursions
• Cultural and artistic events
• Discussions on sustainable food and circular economy, within the framework of the UN's 2030 Agenda

Getting Here

The events take place in various locations in Lecco and the surrounding area, including the former Officina Badoni site. The city is reachable by train from Milan and Bergamo and by car from the SS36.
