Suonincava (Sounds in the Quarry) is the major summer music and entertainment festival held in Apricena, in the province of Foggia, northern Puglia. The event's uniqueness lies in its extraordinary location: the Cava dell'Erba, an ancient quarry of the famous Apricena stone, situated at km 4 of the SP 37 Apricena-Poggio Imperiale road. The imposing rock walls create a natural amphitheater with surprising acoustics and a unique scenic charm, where the stage stands between the stone and the starry Gargano sky.
