Suoni dal Monviso is one of the most deeply rooted music festivals in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont. Promoted by the I Polifonici del Marchesato Association, the festival spans six months and crosses several valleys in the Cuneo area, bringing music to villages, squares, and natural settings at the foot of Monviso, the mountain that locals have always called the King of Stone. The 2026 edition is the twenty-second, featuring ten events spread across eight municipalities and four valleys, with a common thread dedicated to the four natural elements — air, water, earth, fire — and a strong focus on sustainability, accessibility, and youth engagement.

The Paesana stop, in the Po Valley

In the municipality of Paesana, in the Po Valley, the festival stops with one of the most anticipated events on the calendar. Paesana is one of the classic access points to Monviso and its valleys, providing a natural backdrop for a concert that brings big names in Italian music to high altitudes. For the 2026 edition, the Arena Losasse stage in the Agliasco hamlet hosted Francesca Michielin with her summer tour "Strega comanda", in the same open-air space that previously hosted Diodato.

A project of music and community

More than just a series of concerts, Suoni dal Monviso is a cultural project that intertwines music, territory, and community.
