Suoni Controvento is one of the most original cultural events of the Umbrian summer: a "scattered" festival that blends music, theatre, literature, and environmental commitment in the region's villages and landscapes. In Trevi, in the province of Perugia, the festival stops at the evocative Villa Fabri, a historic residence overlooking the Umbrian valley.
A festival in harmony with nature
Promoted by the Roghers Association, Suoni Controvento is known for its sunset concerts, musical treks, and literary encounters in the villages. The festival pays great attention to sustainability, with ISO 20121 certification, waste prevention, circular economy, and carbon footprint calculation.
The Trevi stop
The Trevi evening features a narrative concert-show, capable of combining storytelling and singer-songwriter music. In 2026, Villa Fabri hosts the evening that opens the entire festival, a journey into the artistic partnership between Lucio Dalla and the Bolognese poet Roberto Roversi.
Suoni Controvento — edition 2026
For the tenth anniversary of Suoni Controvento, it is Trevi that opens the 2026 festival. On July 16, in the setting of Villa Fabri, Fabrizio Checcacci presents "Automobili e altre storie", a concert-show retracing the years 1973-1976 and the extraordinary creative partnership between Lucio Dalla and the poet Roberto Roversi, from which historic albums of Italian singer-songwriter music were born.

How to get there
Villa Fabri is located at Via delle Grotte 2, on the edge of the historic center of Trevi. By car: take the Trevi exit from the SS3 Flaminia. By train: Trevi station on the Foligno–Spoleto line, then local connections to the center.
