Street Workout is the event that transforms the walkways of Vicolungo The Style Outlets, in the municipality of Vicolungo in the province of Novara (Piedmont), into a large open-air gym. Considered one of the most popular and well-known outdoor fitness formats in Europe, the event brings an experience focused on movement, wellness, and fun to the shop windows, open to everyone, from the highly trained to those simply looking to try something new.

How it works

Guided by an instructor and following the rhythm of music broadcast directly through wireless headphones, participants traverse the outlet's streets in a dynamic workout lasting about two hours. The program alternates walking and light jogging with short sessions of dance, Zumba, and yoga, in a mix designed to engage the body without requiring specific athletic preparation.
