Sicilia Gourmet is the food and wine festival that brings the town of San Cipirello to life every summer. Located in the Valle dello Jato in the province of Palermo, Sicily, the town center becomes a hub of activity. For a few days, Via Roma and Piazza Matrice are filled with stalls, gazebos, and stages, creating a culinary fair designed to showcase the island's finest local products and gastronomic excellence.

The heart of the event lies in the dozens of exhibitors lining the streets: farms, dairy producers, oil mills, wineries, and pizzerias from the Valle dello Jato offer visitors appetizers, pasta dishes, focaccia, gelato, and gourmet desserts, all paired with local wines and spirits. Piazza Matrice hosts a true gastronomic village with gazebos dedicated to free tastings, while Via Roma serves as the main hub for stalls and performance stages.

A Showcase for the Valle dello Jato

Organized by the Associazione Cresciamo Insieme APS with the patronage of the Municipality of San Cipirello and the Regional Department of Tourism, Sport and Entertainment, Sicilia Gourmet was created to promote the Valle dello Jato region and its agri-food products. A signature initiative is the Box dello Jato, a curated selection of local food and wine products designed to share the valley's flavors beyond municipal borders.
