The Serramazzoni Annual Fair is one of the most cherished events of the summer in the Modena Apennines. Every year, in mid-August, the center of the Municipality of Serramazzoni, in the Province of Modena (Emilia-Romagna), comes alive with a large market that attracts visitors from all over the mountain area and the plains. For two days, the main streets of the town become a continuous path of stalls, scents, and colors.

The heart of the event is the extraordinary market, with over 145 stalls distributed along Via Val di Sasso and its side streets, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Tasso, Viale Belvedere, and Largo Olimpico. The offer is wide and covers all product categories:
- Food products and local gastronomic specialties;
- Local artistic crafts, ceramics, wooden and wicker objects;
- Clothing, fabrics, leather goods, and home decor;
- Dried flowers, herbs, medicinal plants, and agricultural products;
- Stalls from agricultural producers and typical Apennine products.
Gastronomy, funfair, and entertainment
In addition to shopping, the Fair is a true village festival: there are no shortage of food stands where you can taste traditional flavors and entertainment for the little ones. By car from Modena along the SS12 and the road to the Apennines (about 40 minutes). Serramazzoni can also be reached by intercity bus lines from the provincial capital. In past editions, the Municipality organized free shuttle services from peripheral parking lots (stadium, cemetery, industrial area): it is advisable to check if the service is active on the Municipal website before departing.
