Sapori d'Autunno - La Pulentada is the festival that every November brings the flavors of Lombard tradition to the hamlet of Lavagna di Comazzo, in the province of Lodi. The event takes place at the Oratorio San Bassiano Vescovo, in Piazza San Bassiano, where a large heated tent is set up in the parish courtyard, allowing the festival to be enjoyed even in bad weather.

As the name suggests – "Pulentada" in dialect – polenta is the queen of the table. The menu features the great classics of autumn Lombard cuisine: cassoeula with polenta, braised meat with polenta, pork knuckle with baked potatoes, and polenta with gorgonzola.
