The summer festival of San Giorgio Canavese

Every year in July, San Giorgio Canavese gathers for the Sant'Anna Festival, the popular event that marks the most anticipated moment of the summer in the heart of the Canavese region, in the Province of Turin. For five days, Parco di Sant'Anna becomes the meeting point for the entire town and surrounding villages, striking a balance between religious reflection, village festivities, and entertainment for all ages.

Organized by the AT Pro Loco San Giorgio Canavese together with the Municipality and with the support of local conscripts and associations, the festival maintains the genuine character of traditional Piedmontese patronal feasts: free entry, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a community dedicated to welcoming everyone.

What to expect

The program weaves together various activities designed for every type of audience:

• Funfair and rides for children and teenagers, the true heart of the festival;
• Musical evenings and free DJ sets that bring the park's nights to life;
• Street food area with a gastronomic pavilion and food trucks, ranging from Southern Italian specialties to international cuisine;
• Sports events, including a running race open to both competitive athletes and casual walkers;
• Activities for the little ones, with entertainment, baby dance, and family-oriented proposals;
• A fireworks display to close the event in style.
