The San Feliciano Patronal Feast is the most anticipated event of the year in Oglianico, a small village in the Canavese area of the province of Turin, in the heart of Piedmont. Dedicated to the town's patron saint, the festival traditionally falls on the second Sunday of June and spans an entire week of festivities that bring the historic center to life, between Via Salassa and the town squares.

The religious heart of the festival is the Holy Mass with a procession in honor of San Feliciano, a deeply felt celebration that winds through the village streets, attended by the entire community alongside local authorities.

Who organizes the festival

The organization is the result of the joint efforts of several local entities: the Pro Loco Oglianico, the San Feliciano Recreational Group, the ancient brotherhood of the Abbadia de' Compagni, and the Municipal Administration. It is this synergy of associations that ensures a meticulously planned festival every year.

Music, sports, and fine dining

Alongside the religious dimension, the festival offers a rich secular program. Evenings are marked by concerts from the historic Filarmonica Oglianicese, dance orchestras, and open-air disco nights. During the day, there is space for sports with soccer, volleyball, and bocce tournaments, the sports memorial dedicated to Diego Davico, and traditional games for children. The Pro Loco's food pavilion is never missing—the true convivial soul of the festival, where you can enjoy traditional Canavese dishes in good company. Admission to all events is free.
