Sammaurock, twenty years of music in San Mauro Pascoli
Sammaurock is one of the longest-running and most distinctive music events in Romagna. Born in 2004, the festival takes place every summer in San Mauro Pascoli, a small municipality in the province of Forlì-Cesena, in Emilia-Romagna, the birthplace of the poet Giovanni Pascoli. Reaching its 23rd edition in 2026, the event confirms its mission: to provide space for independent music and creativity, with completely free entry.
Villa Torlonia, a unique setting
The heart of the festival is the museum complex of Villa Torlonia, home to the Parco Poesia Pascoli, located at Via Due Martiri 2. The park opens its courtyard to live music evenings, offering a green and intimate setting that perfectly suits the event's intimate and familiar atmosphere. Over the years, the Sammaurock stage has hosted a growing number of artists, diverse in genre, formation, and experience, but united by passion and artistic credibility.

A bar and food area are available throughout the event, along with stalls selling books and crafts.

Sammaurock is organized by the Associazione Rubicone Eventi, with the patronage of the Municipality of San Mauro Pascoli and the collaboration of local entities. Sammaurock — edition 2026
The 23rd edition of Sammaurock is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21st, and Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026, at Villa Torlonia, within the Parco Poesia Pascoli in San Mauro Pascoli (FC). The dates and location were confirmed during the presentation of the Estate Sammaurese 2026 program by the Municipality.
The organization is handled by the Associazione Rubicone Eventi, and entry, as every year, will be free. The evenings will feature the opening of stalls and the food area from 7:00 PM, followed by live sets and concerts. The complete band lineup has not yet been published and will be communicated by the organizers on the festival's official channels in the weeks leading up to the event.

How to get there
San Mauro Pascoli is located along the Via Emilia, in coastal Romagna. By car, take the A14 Rimini Nord or Cesena motorway exit, then the SS16 Adriatica. By train, the nearest stations are Savignano sul Rubicone-San Mauro Pascoli and Gambettola. Villa Torlonia is at Via Due Martiri 2, a few minutes from the center.
