The Festival of San Rocco

Every year, in August, the San Rocco district of Arzignano, in the province of Vicenza, celebrates its patron saint with the Sagra Patronale di San Rocco. The festival takes place in Piazzetta San Rocco, in the heart of the district, and combines the religious dimension with a convivial and gastronomic one.

Religious and Popular Tradition

The spiritual heart of the festival are the mass and the procession in honor of San Rocco. The popular festival develops around these celebrations, with dancing evenings accompanied by traditional Venetian ballroom music and DJ sets for younger audiences.
