The Sagra del Rosario of Trissino

In Trissino, in the province of Vicenza, the Sagra del Rosario is the patronal festival par excellence, linked to the devotion to the Madonna del Rosario. It takes place between September and October, spread over three weekends, and culminates in the traditional votive procession of the Madonna, the most heartfelt religious moment for the community.

Bigoli con l'arna and Venetian cuisine

In the parish facilities adjacent to the church of S. Pietro (at the palatenda in Via Giuseppe Verdi), the food stand is the convivial heart of the festival: open every evening, it offers the great classics of Vicenza cuisine and, above all, bigoli con l'arna (bigoli with duck ragù), a specialty served daily. Each evening is dedicated to a different typical dish, and one evening usually features an "Oktoberfest" edition with Bavarian and Tyrolean specialties.

Music, dancing, and shows

Alongside the food, the festival offers a packed entertainment program: orchestras, DJ sets, dance performances, shows, a fun run, and events for all ages. It is the festival that closes the summer and accompanies the autumn in Trissino, capable of attracting visitors from all over the Val d'Agno.
