In the hamlet of San Giorgio d'Albenga (Province of Savona), nestled in the fertile plain of Albenga, the Sagra du Michettin has been an eagerly awaited event for over forty years. Now in its forty-third edition in 2026, the festival takes place at the hamlet's parish church and represents one of the liveliest moments of the Albenga hinterland summer.

The sagra is traditionally paired with the Agricultural Exhibition, which celebrates the agricultural vocation of the Albenga plain – one of Liguria's most productive areas, known for its vegetables and typical products.
