About Sagra di Sant'Antonio

In the hamlet of Sant'Antonio di Porcia, between late May and mid-June, one of the liveliest festivals in the Pordenone area takes place. For three weekends, tribute concerts, dancing evenings with 'liscio' orchestras, food and wine stalls open every evening, and celebrations for the patron saint Sant'Antonio da Padova, celebrated on June 13th, follow one another. A community festival that combines music, good food, and popular devotion.

The Hamlet's Festival

The Sagra di Sant'Antonio is the big summer event of the hamlet of Sant'Antonio, in the Municipality of Porcia, in the province of Pordenone. For three weeks, between late May and mid-June, the festival area comes alive every evening with music, dancing, the aroma of grilled food, and the voices of a community gathering around its own festival.

It's one of those festivals where the religious dimension – the celebrations for Sant'Antonio da Padova, the patron saint celebrated on June 13th – and the more popular and festive side, made up of concerts, dancing evenings, and long tables under the pavilion, naturally coexist.

Concerts and Dancing Evenings

The program alternates between cover bands and tribute concerts, much loved by younger audiences, and classic dancing evenings with Friulian 'liscio' orchestras. It ranges from tributes to Max Pezzali, Vasco Rossi, and Italian music to evenings with big dance orchestras, in a schedule designed for all ages.

Stalls and Cuisine

The food and wine stalls open every evening from 7:00 PM and offer traditional specialties cooked on the grill: mixed grills, steaks, and typical Friulian dishes, accompanied by local wines. There's also a charity raffle, a funfair, and a lottery, the proceeds of which support local initiatives and school facilities.

Sant'Antonio and Porcia

The hamlet of Sant'Antonio is part of the territory of Porcia, a lively town on the outskirts of Pordenone with its castle and historic village. The festival, organized by local committee volunteers in collaboration with UNPLI Friuli Venezia Giulia, is the best way to experience the authenticity of a Friulian village festival, where conviviality is at home.

Sagra di Sant'Antonio — edition 2026

The Sagra di Sant'Antonio returns to the hamlet of Porcia from May 28th to June 14th, 2026, with three weekends of tribute concerts, dancing evenings, food and wine stalls open every evening from 7:00 PM, and celebrations for the patron saint Sant'Antonio on June 13th.
