The Neighborhood Festival

Borgomeduna in Festa is the early summer event for the Borgomeduna neighborhood, south of the center of Pordenone. Along Via Giambattista Tiepolo, around the parish church, for about ten days in June, one of the city's most beloved neighborhood festivals is renewed: a feast of good food, music, and community moments, enlivened by local committee volunteers.

Traditional Cuisine

The food pavilion is the heart of the festival, featuring the great classics of Friulian cuisine: gnocchi with meat or duck ragù, grilled chicken, fried calamari rings, cheeses, frico, tripe, beans, and homemade desserts. All prepared and served by volunteers, in the convivial spirit typical of village festivals.

Music, Cabaret, and Rallies

The evenings are marked by dance orchestras, concerts, and cabaret shows, with moments dedicated to younger audiences in the youth area and plenty of entertainment. Among the most characteristic events are the vintage car and Vespa rallies, which attract enthusiasts from all over the region, and sports activities that liven up the festival during the day.

For Families

Borgomeduna in Festa is also designed for children, with games, workshops, a charity raffle, and activities for kids. A festival that, for almost twenty years, has kept the neighborhood united and showcases the most authentic side of Pordenone, a city nominated as Italian Capital of Culture 2027.
