Two weeks of festivities for the village

Spanning late May and early June, Corva — a hamlet of Azzano Decimo, in the province of Pordenone — comes together for its most cherished village festival. Organised by ASD Calcio Corva, Corva in Festa enlivens the Bruno Nicolè Sports Centre for two weeks with a programme that blends good food, live music, and community spirit.

The flavours of Friuli

The heart of the festival are the food stalls, open for lunch and dinner. The menu features traditional Friulian dishes: grilled meat cooked over coals, gnocchi with ragù, stewed cod, and the unmissable frico, with takeaway options available. Authentic cuisine that attracts families and visitors from all around every year.

Music, cabaret, and tournaments

The evenings alternate between concerts by dance bands — from ballroom to Latin, disco to rock — and moments of cabaret and karaoke. There are also tournaments: the 'contrade' tournament which divides the village into teams, and the youth football tournament, linking the festival to its sporting soul.

A community celebration

Promoted by the local football club with the support of the Municipality of Azzano Decimo, Corva in Festa is above all an occasion for gathering: the way a small village in western Friuli celebrates the start of summer, with shared meals, music, and fun for all ages.
