Pork in all its variations in Sant'Enea
The Sagra del Tuttosuino in Sant'Enea, a hamlet of the Municipality of Perugia, is one of the most traditional summer festivals in the area. As the name suggests, the event celebrates pork in all its gastronomic variations, from sausages to ribs, from roasts to cured meats of the Umbrian charcuterie tradition, a region that has made pork processing a true art.
For ten days, the food stand offers pork-based dishes that are the history of the festival, accompanied by local specialties. But the Tuttosuino is above all a village festival: local food and merriment, with dancing evenings and many events designed for families and visitors of all ages.
Organized by the local associations of the hamlet, the festival represents the highlight of the summer for Sant'Enea, attracting visitors from Perugia and nearby towns. An opportunity to discover Umbrian charcuterie cuisine in an authentic and popular setting.
