Farming culture in celebration

The Festa dell'Agricoltura is the celebration of the autumn harvest in Valdagno, in the Agno Valley in the province of Vicenza. Organised by the ProValdagno Association together with the Municipality of Valdagno, it enlivens the historic centre with the products, flavours, and knowledge of the area's farming tradition.

Gastronomy and mycological exhibition

The stalls offer seasonal specialities — fritole, maroni (roasted chestnuts), turbinello, and local delicacies — alongside the mycological exhibition dedicated to mushrooms, which attracts enthusiasts and the curious every year.

Ancient crafts and vintage tractors

The festival is also a journey into rural memory: the display of vintage tractors, workshops on ancient crafts such as pasta making with a press and grape stomping, historical reenactments, and folk dances bring the farming life of yesteryear back to the square.

Between the historic centre and the Piccole Dolomiti

The programme also includes historical and cultural walks in the historic centre of Valdagno and cycle tours along the routes of the Piccole Dolomiti, combining culture, gastronomy, and discovery of the territory in an autumn weekend.
