Gnocchi with New Potatoes
The signature dish of the festival is handmade gnocchi with new potatoes, served with various sauces: ragù, butter and sage, mascarpone and pepper, radicchio and sausage, duck ragù. Alongside the gnocchi, the food stand offers fresh pasta (with ragù, tomato, sausage and radicchio, duck ragù), grilled meats with luganega sausage, pancetta, chicken wings, and salami sausage, served with polenta, sandwiches with cheese and soppressa (a type of salami), side dishes like beans, mushrooms, and fries, and fritters for dessert.
Two Weekends of Celebration
Every evening, the food stand is complemented by entertainment for children, including face painting and activities, and by live music or DJ sets. There are also moments dedicated to the little ones, with music, games, and baby dance, making it a festival designed for the whole family.
A Community Festival
The Sagra di San Benedetto is an authentic expression of Venetian conviviality: traditional cuisine, volunteers at work, and evenings spent together, in a hilly hamlet in the Val d'Agno that becomes a meeting point for the entire area for two weekends.

The 2026 edition of the Sagra a San Benedetto di Trissino is scheduled for two weekends in July (approximately July 3-5 and 10-12). The stars are the handmade gnocchi with new potatoes, fresh pasta, grilled meats, and traditional Vicenza dishes served at the food stand.
