The 2025 edition of the Sagra a San Benedetto di Trissino took place over two weekends in July, confirming the tried-and-tested village festival formula.

The heart of the event, as always, was the handmade gnocchi with new potatoes served with numerous sauces, alongside fresh pasta, grilled meats, polenta, and fritters. Every evening, the food stand was complemented by entertainment for the little ones and live music, in a festive atmosphere for the whole family in the Vicenza Hills.
