Motors, fashion, and solidarity on the Alba Adriatica seafront
Rosso Italia is the summer festival that transforms the northern seafront of Alba Adriatica—an elegant seaside town in the Province of Teramo, Abruzzo—into an open-air showcase of Italian excellence. Red is the common thread running through the evening: the red of Ferrari bodywork, the iconic Ducati motorcycles, the legendary Rosso Valentino fashion, the vibrant red of the aperitif, and finally, the symbolic red of social commitment.
The beating heart of the event is the exhibition of cars and motorcycles. Along the promenade, visitors can admire prestigious Ferrari models and some of the most iconic Ducati bikes, including MotoGP machines linked to champion Marc Márquez. Thanks to a partnership with local dealerships, enthusiasts also have the chance to take free test rides on the latest models through the town streets.
A significant portion of the event is dedicated to fashion, featuring a runway show with models wearing outfits inspired by Rosso Valentino, curated by local designers and salons. Entertainment is hosted by television personalities, with DJ sets keeping the energy high, while the food & beverage area serves up classic Campari-style aperitifs. There are also interactive games and activities designed for families and children.
Rosso Italia is more than just a show: a key part of the evening focuses on civic issues, with talks on road safety and the "Red Shoes" campaign against violence against women. The Italian Red Cross and the Fire Department participate in the event, showcasing their vehicles and providing demonstrations to highlight the importance of prevention and safety.
Organized by the Pro Loco of Alba Adriatica in collaboration with the APAT cultural association and supported by the Municipality of Alba Adriatica, the event is free to attend and attracts large crowds from across the Teramo coast. In just a few editions, it has become one of the most anticipated appointments of the Abruzzo summer, uniting the allure of motors, the elegance of fashion, and the values of solidarity in one vibrant seaside evening.
The fourth edition of Rosso Italia was held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 6:00 PM to midnight, on the northern seafront of Alba Adriatica. The artistic direction was entrusted to Claudio Marastoni, with the patronage of the Municipality.
Highlights included the exhibition of Ferrari cars and Ducati motorcycles, including a MotoGP bike linked to Marc Márquez, with free test rides on the 2026 range. Fashion was represented by six models in outfits inspired by Rosso Valentino, with styling by designer Alessandra Bruni. Entertainment was hosted by Simona Barchetti with a DJ set by DJ Simon in collaboration with Radio Azzurra, while the food & beverage area offered Campari aperitifs.
There was also a focus on social commitment, with a talk on road safety and the "Red Shoes" campaign against violence against women, featuring special guest Jo Squillo, alongside the participation of the Italian Red Cross and the Fire Department.
