The Re Vintage Car and Motorcycle Rally is one of the most cherished spring events in the small municipality of Re, nestled in the picturesque Val Vigezzo, in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, in northern Piedmont. Organized by the Pro Loco of Re, the event brings together collectors, enthusiasts, and curious onlookers every year around a fleet of historic vehicles that, for one day, bring the engines of the past back to life among the Ossola mountains.

A village festival of motors and conviviality

The rally is not just an exhibition of vintage cars and motorcycles: it is a true village festival. The day traditionally revolves around the parade of historic vehicles through the streets of the village and the surrounding Val Vigezzo area, followed by a convivial lunch open to participants and visitors, enlivened by singing and games. The village of Re and its Sanctuary

The meeting point and heart of the event is the square of the famous Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sangue, one of the main pilgrimage sites in Piedmont and a symbol of the village of Re. A growing event

Born as a local initiative, the rally has seen growing success edition after edition. The third edition, held in May 2026, recorded over 130 entries, confirming the vitality of an event that the Pro Loco of Re carries forward with the help of numerous volunteers, the municipal administration, and many local collaborators.
