A summer festival of music and gastronomy in the village of Rango
The Rango Summer Fest is the summer festival that brings the hamlet of Rango to life in the municipality of Bleggio Superiore, in the province of Trento, in the heart of the Giudicarie Valleys of Trentino-Alto Adige. Promoted by the Pro Loco Borgo di Rango, the event features live music, conviviality, entertainment, and great food among the entryways, porticoes, and stone courtyards of one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.
Rango is a jewel of Trentino: recognized as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, it preserves its authentic Giudicarie architecture, characterized by sturdy stone houses, large entryways, wooden balconies, and the distinctive vaulted porticoes known as portech, where people once took shelter during winter. Located along the ancient Imperial Road, halfway between Lake Garda and the mountains, the village is famous for its Christmas markets, but the Pro Loco works to keep it vibrant throughout the year.
The Rango Summer Fest is part of the "Restate" project, a play on words between the summer season and an invitation to 'stay'—to experience the village as a place of community and participation. Each edition offers music, social moments, and a culinary proposal dedicated to a specific tradition, pairing the flavors of Trentino with experiences from other regional cultures.
The festival is an opportunity to discover this authentic corner of Trentino, situated between the Comano Thermal Baths, Stenico Castle, and the landscapes of the Outer Giudicarie. It is an event that unites residents and visitors in the evocative setting of Rango, where ancient farm courtyards, wooden hay racks, and cobblestone alleys tell the story of centuries of mountain life.
Designed for families, residents, and tourists alike, the Rango Summer Fest is a gathering that reflects the spirit of the Pro Loco Borgo di Rango: consolidating the initiatives that have made the village known beyond local borders while developing new proposals. Between a concert and a tasting, the event invites you to experience the village at a slower pace, rediscovering the value of meeting others and the richness of Trentino traditions.
The 2026 edition of the Rango Summer Fest will take place on July 24 and 25 in the village of Rango, a hamlet of Bleggio Superiore (TN). The Pro Loco Borgo di Rango will bring the streets and porticoes of the village to life with music, conviviality, entertainment, and fine dining.
The novelty this year is the culinary proposal dedicated to the Ligurian tradition, which pairs Trentino flavors with a culinary experience from another region. The complete program, including schedules and musical performances, will be released by the organizers closer to the event date.
The event takes place in the village of Rango, a hamlet of Bleggio Superiore (TN), throughout the streets, entryways, and porticoes of the historic center.
