When autumn colours the "Garden of the Serenissima", Pro Sacile transforms the historic centre into a grand market of taste: Profumi e Sapori is the event that celebrates the authentic flavours of Friulian cuisine in the season of chestnuts, mushrooms, new wines, and local produce. A festival designed for those who love to discover a region by strolling, glass in hand, among the stalls.

Profumi e Sapori — edition 2026
Profumi e Sapori returns to Sacile from October 2nd to 4th, 2026, animating the historic centre of the town on the Livenza river with the food and wine event dedicated to autumn flavours. Organised by Pro Sacile, the event features stalls, typical local products, and tastings in a setting made unique by its Venetian palaces.

How to get here
Sacile is accessible from the A28 motorway (Sacile Ovest and Est exits) and from the train station on the Venice-Udine line, close to the centre. During the event, the historic centre is pedestrianised.
