About Portami al Lago
The Lake as a Grand Stage
Portami al Lago - Lake & More is the event that animates the Pratone di Parè at the end of May, on the shores of Lake Como in Valmadrera, a municipality in the province of Lecco. Organized by the Pro Loco of Valmadrera in collaboration with the Municipality and numerous local associations, it offers two days of largely free activities designed for families, sports enthusiasts, and the curious of all ages.
Sport, Water, and Nature
The program focuses on the relationship with the lake and nature: sailing with the Circolo Velico Tivano, kayaking, SUP, pedal boat excursions, and water bikes, but also mini-golf, giant table football, free inflatables for children, creative workshops, and demonstrations of martial arts, pilates, and volleyball. There are also photographic exhibitions and craft stalls curated by the Pro Loco.
Music and Dancing Fountains
The evenings are dedicated to live music and DJ sets, while the most spectacular moment is the show of illuminated dancing fountains on the lake, which concludes the event. An event that enhances the Valmadrera lakefront and its connection with Lake Como, in Lombardy.
Portami al Lago — edition 2026
The Pratone di Parè hosts the fifth edition of Portami al Lago on May 23 and 24, 2026, organized by the Pro Loco of Valmadrera with the support of the Municipality, UNPLI Lombardia, and the Basin Authority. Two days packed with free activities for all ages. In case of bad weather, the event is postponed to June 6 and 7.

Saturday, May 23
- Official opening with ribbon cutting, performance by cheerleaders (Pon Pon girls) and local athletes
- Free inflatables, creative workshops, and face painting
- Sailing lessons with the Circolo Velico Tivano
- Green volley and krav maga sessions
- Sunset pilates with wireless headphones
- Musical aperitif with saxophonist Leonardo Vassallo
- Evening concert promoted by AVIS
Sunday, May 24
- Dawn concert with the group Spirabilia
- Immersive pilates lesson
- Free trial sessions of bicycles and pedal boats for children
- Excursion to Sasso di Preguda with refreshments and music
- Tai Chi Chuan, Shaolin, and Kung Fu demonstrations by Mei Hua Chuan A.S.D.
- Water activities: kayaking, SUP, pedal boats, and water bikes
- Mini-golf and giant table football
- Grand finale with the show of illuminated dancing fountains on the lake
For both days, the "Obiettivi Diversi" photographic exhibition and craft stalls curated by the Pro Loco are open.
