A summer festival in the greenery of Travalle
Just a few kilometers from Florence, in the lush greenery of the Travalle hamlet in the Municipality of Calenzano (Metropolitan City of Florence, Tuscany), the large garden of the Osteria il Palagetto becomes the heart of Palagetto Garden in the summer of 2026. This new open-air space combines gastronomy, cocktails, and events in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. From June 9th to August 9th, 2026, Tuesday through Saturday, the Palagetto opens its doors every evening from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM, offering a fresh and lively alternative to city nights, immersed in nature yet only minutes from the center.
Cuisine, cocktails, and shared tables
The project revolves around a collaboration with Time, present every evening with pizza made from selected ingredients, cocktails, and a versatile dining menu designed for sharing. The gastronomic offer is enriched by various guests and food trucks, from the charcuterie boards of Ciccone to the burgers of 50019 Food Truck, and from the seafood of Pescevino to the grilled specialties of Crudo. The concept is that of an informal table, where you can sit at shared tables and enjoy the cool breeze of the garden on summer nights.
A program of events for the whole season
Palagetto Garden is more than just outdoor dining: the season is accompanied by a calendar of appointments ranging from wellness to markets, and from creative workshops to experiential evenings. Announced activities include aperipilates sessions, the independent DeMo Market featuring vintage items, crafts, design, and creative reuse, murder mystery dinners, customization workshops, and evenings dedicated to tarot cards, illustration, and storytelling, alongside moments of live music in the garden.

Summer 2026 marks the debut of Palagetto Garden, the new open-air summer space in the garden of Osteria il Palagetto in Travalle, in the Municipality of Calenzano (Florence). From Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM, the garden hosts informal dinners at shared tables and a program of different events every week.
The gastronomic offer is curated in collaboration with Time (pizza with selected ingredients and cocktails) and enriched by guests and food trucks such as Ciccone, 50019 Food Truck, Pescevino, and Crudo.

- June 17 — Aperipilates with Sissi Mei: pilates session followed by an aperitif in the garden.
- June 19 — Tarot reading with Gaia "La Fata Madrina" and itinerant drawing: an experiential evening of tarot, illustration, and storytelling.
- June 20 — DeMo Market: independent market dedicated to vintage, crafts, design, and creative reuse.
- June 23 — Murder mystery dinner with I Disordinari: a dinner-show with an investigation and plot twists.
- June 30 — Tote bag workshop with Sandra Fashion Lab: a customization workshop using re-fashion techniques.
