A feast among the vineyards

Oliva con Gusto is the event that enlivens Oliva Gessi every May, a tiny municipality in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, in the province of Pavia. A day dedicated to local producers, crafts, street food, and wellness, designed to enhance the territory and its products in the scenic setting of the vine-covered hills.

Crafts, cuisine, and wine

The heart of the festival is the local artisan market, featuring ceramics, woodworking, textiles, honey, and natural cosmetics. On the gastronomic front, the risotto is the star, accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, and the great wines of Oltrepò: Bonarda, Pinot Nero, and Sangue di Giuda. A showcase of the authentic flavors of one of Lombardy's most important wine-growing areas.

Wellness and slow tourism

Alongside taste and crafts, Oliva con Gusto offers a wellness area with yoga, meditation, and relaxation activities immersed in nature, as well as workshops and experiences for families. Organized by the Municipality of Oliva Gessi together with the Oltrepavia Association, the festival is an invitation to slow tourism and the discovery of an authentic corner of Oltrepò Pavese, from morning to evening, with free admission.
