Holistic wellness from every angle by the Po river

Olistikha Festival was created to bring holistic arts and sciences to the public in one of the most picturesque spots in San Mauro Torinese, a town in the Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont. The event takes place in the renovated Piazza Europa and on the historic Vittorio Emanuele III bridge crossing the Po river, transforming the town center into a vibrant space for meeting, experimentation, and mindfulness. Admission is free, and the event typically runs from 10 am to 7 pm.

The festival is promoted by the social promotion association OLISTIKHA A.P.S., with the patronage of the Municipality of San Mauro Torinese. Launched in 2024 during the Patronal Feast and repeated in subsequent years, the event has a strong social and educational focus: its goal is to introduce citizens, tourists, and curious visitors to the world of wellness, fostering inclusion and the integration of diversity.

Festival areas

The day is organized into several thematic areas, designed to offer a complete experience:

• Wellness Area: massages, sound and relaxation treatments, energy practices, and rebalancing techniques.
• Movement Area: yoga, tai chi, martial arts, biodanza, and disciplines that promote physical and mental well-being through mindful movement.
• Conference and Workshop Area: seminars and meetings with holistic professionals, dedicated to mindfulness and personal growth.
• Nutrition Area: insights into diet and wellness-oriented lifestyles.
• Social and Commercial Area: spaces for discussion on inclusion and stalls featuring natural and artisanal products.

Olistikha Festival is designed as a day of authentic connection where everyone, young and old, can feel at home. Between a relaxation session and a conference, visitors can stroll along the Po and discover San Mauro Torinese, a town at the gates of the Piedmontese capital, easily accessible from Turin. Over the years, the format has expanded, with Olistikha project stops in other local municipalities, but the heart of the event remains tied to the historic bridge and Piazza Europa.
