A night of music, culture, and shopping in the heart of the city
The Notte Bianca di Lecco is one of the most anticipated events of the city's summer: an evening when the center of Lecco stays lively until late at night, with a widespread program of music, culture, and entertainment. Promoted by the Municipality of Lecco, it is now a tradition for residents, families, young people, and the ever-increasing number of tourists.
The heart of the Notte Bianca is live music, which invades the city center squares. The Zelioli funk band enlivens Piazza XX Settembre, blues sounds reach the lakefront, while Piazza Garibaldi lights up with the energy of the Soul Circus and a subsequent DJ set. The evening is part of the programming for the Lecco Jazz Festival and the Lecco Busking Fest, which brings street musicians to Piazza Diaz.
Not just music: museums and the library remain open until 11:00 PM, with exhibitions, collections, and offerings for all ages. The Uberto Pozzoli Civic Library offers "Pozzoli by night," with board games, readings for children, and a horror-themed role-playing game for teenagers. The Infopoint organizes free guided tours of the city center.
With shops open from 8:00 PM for evening shopping, the Notte Bianca combines culture, music, entertainment, and commerce into one big city celebration. It is an event that enhances the center of Lecco and, year after year, attracts an ever-wider audience from the Province of Lecco and the Lombardy Region.
Lecco's Notte Bianca 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, July 26, from 6:30 PM until late evening. The city center comes alive with live music, shows, special openings of museums and the library, and evening shopping.
